About me

I'm Tushar Upadhyay, a Lead Frontend Developer based in Delhi, India. I specialize in building high-performance, secure web applications that serve real users at scale.

My background spans government portals, healthcare systems, and enterprise ERP platforms. I believe great frontend engineering is about more than aesthetics — it's about reliability, accessibility, and security as much as it is about UI.

I work with React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS daily, and I'm deeply comfortable with complex state management, authentication flows, RBAC systems, and integration with REST APIs.

Outside of work, I compete on LeetCode (Global Rank 2903 in Weekly Contest 142) and write technical articles on Medium about frontend engineering and React patterns.
